Sporting Chance USA is delighted to welcome 16 year old Harry Phillips to its Fall 2024 Men’s Soccer programme . Harry is a naturally left footed, left sided player who can operate either in defence or wide midfield. He is an excellent defender and ball winner and his positional play and understanding is exceptional for a 16 year old. Harry is currently playing for the Swindon Town FC C6 programme and has also been a regular member of the Swindon Supermarine u18s squad. He is a high energy player, he has speed going forward and his recovery runs are also of the highest quality.

Harry began playing soccer in his native Swindon when just 7 years of age, joining Swindon Supermarine u8s. He remained at Supermarine right through to u16s level before joining their prestigious u18s squad. Whilst playing at Supermarine Harry also represented Swindon Town FC Elite Academy leaving them at u16s level. This season 2022/2023 has seen Harry playing regularly for the Swindon Town FC C6 programme based at The Commonweal School, Swindon. US Coaches seeking a natural left sided defender / wing back should definitely take a good look at Harry Phillips.

Academically Harry has a good set of academic grades. He is currently in his first year at The Commonweal School studying for his A-Level in Business and a CTEC in Sport. When he moves initially to join a US Junior College in Fall 2024, he will eventually look to study a Sport related Major.
